Not All that Glitters is Gold

Please excuse all those snoopys at the back. They're no accomplice to this outfit post, I just dragged them into this. Ahahaha. Anyway, here's the first get-up I matched with the glitter flats I purchased from Zalora. I looooove this pair and I've been wearing them over and over and over...

Since the footwear is already glittery I coupled it with simple and basic clothes so I wouldn't look like a Christmas tree out of nowhere. Haha. I have this personal rule that when one piece of the ensemble is already eye catching, the rest should be the other way around. I prefer styles that are easy on the eyes and straightforward but not outright plain.  The Chilli Margarita glitter flats gives this whole outfit a little sparkle. At least it's not too boring.

Glitter and Two-toned

Although not a newbie online shopper, I'm a first-timer in purchasing from Zalora Philippines. I've been eyeing a pair of glitter flats which has been residing in my wishlist for some time. After letting periods of sleep pass by, the adorable pair still sparkled in my mind that's when I decided that I really wanted them embellishing my feet.

Sister style with our new kicks

I bought a pair of copper Mambo Chilli Margarita shoes. I got really excited when I opened my package that I wore it right away to go out with friends. It's glittery but not flashy, just the way I like it.

The second item was my sister's purchase-- two-toned (black/tan) Gretchen Flat sandals by Scarlet. It fits her perfectly and it matches her relaxed casual style. They're comfortable and light to wear as well.
