Kirsten Dunst

Source: www.fora.mtv.ca

You can never go wrong with simple and classic style. Kirsten Dunst is masterful in putting together basic casual looks and her red carpet choices are elegant and sophisticated.

I admire how she dresses herself. Despite the simplicity of her ensembles, style is not sacrificed. She looks well-put and comfortable at the same time. Her feminine and timeless fashion makes her one of my favorite celebrity style icons. I'd love to remake any of her looks; they're so wearable and chic.

Skin Hugging Wonder

If it wasn't for my sister re-selling leggings, I'd be owning only 1 pair today. Since she's been stocking good looking leggings, what the heck, I'll buy one or two or three or... whatever! Haha.

When wearing this skin hugging wonder, I always pair it with a longer top. I kinda feel uneasy when my butt get exposed (I mean leggings aren't pants), it's just a big no-no for me. With that little rule of mine, I'm stocking up with tunics and long tops. So there you go, another leggings revolution.

You Change Your Mind Like a Girl Changes Her Diapers (clothes, I mean)

Who says picking diapers can't be stylish? Haha. I know, I'm worst at choosing backgrounds for style posts. I was accompanying my sister at the groceries to buy diapers for her little one and I couldn't help but sneak an OOTD. Teehee. But really, I came from my third godson's Christening.

Thinking about the diapers, I remember Katy Perry singing an acoustic version of her song Hot n' Cold where she mentioned diapers instead of clothes in the chorus. So I thought I'd use that for the title. *snigger*

The top in this ensemble is from (you guessed it!) Zalora. My first clothing purchase from them which is a good piece. The cut and slit shoulder detail is probably what made me buy it. I'm digging the print as well and it's really comfortable and light to wear. Pairing it with the basics-- jeans, brogues and black leather bag to complete the look.

Spot-on

I was not much of a fan for animal prints before but I reconsidered. Being a Pinterest addict, I often see shoes with these spots and I later appreciated them. So far, I only want these spots on my footwear and not yet on clothing. I'm still on a long way with that consideration. Teehee. I'm loving these slides which I bought from Zalora (Yup, I've been looking around at this site almost 24/7 haha). It brings out a little roar to a simple look.

Say hello to my little dog, Trouble. He wanted to join me in the post. Oh, and Caffeine sneaked in one photo too. Aren't they the cutest? ^_^

I'm Not Sure But I Thik this is a Baby Doll Dress

I'm no expert in the exact names of styles but I really think this is a baby doll dress (please correct me if I'm wrong). This grey number is again a good find on a day trip to the thrift shop. I've had this dress for a while now and I have no plans of letting it go just yet. As for the shoes, this again is a Zalora purchase and I got it on a very low price during a sale on Chinese New Year (Yay to Sale!). I've been looking for maryjanes like these and here it is. I'm one happy thrift/online shopper.

Not All that Glitters is Gold

Please excuse all those snoopys at the back. They're no accomplice to this outfit post, I just dragged them into this. Ahahaha. Anyway, here's the first get-up I matched with the glitter flats I purchased from Zalora. I looooove this pair and I've been wearing them over and over and over...

Since the footwear is already glittery I coupled it with simple and basic clothes so I wouldn't look like a Christmas tree out of nowhere. Haha. I have this personal rule that when one piece of the ensemble is already eye catching, the rest should be the other way around. I prefer styles that are easy on the eyes and straightforward but not outright plain.  The Chilli Margarita glitter flats gives this whole outfit a little sparkle. At least it's not too boring.

Aztec

Here's another leggings outfit I cooked up. I kinda look bulky here but what the hell, I'll post it anyway. Haha. I love the Aztec print of this pair and the colors are not hard to match with other hues that's why I snagged it right away since there were only two of them for sale. The leggings revolution continues...

Striped

Out for a Sunday date with L and I felt like wearing a feminine number. It's been a while since I wore this dress (this is actually passed on to me from my cousin and it fits me very well). Pairing it with checkered peeptoe flats and handbag to complete the look. Tadah! Ladylike style done. ;]

Red Mango

I can never get enough of thrift shops. When I get the chance to drop by, I just look around mostly to kill time but it turns out that I find a piece or two to add in my wardrobe. It's almost an addiction. Oh man... but it's kind of fun. Really!

Here's another find from the thrift shop, a red Mango jumper dress. The bold bright color makes it a daring piece despite the simplicity of the design.
