PANNA COTTA Recipe

Panna Cotta I made for my sister's birthday
½ cup fresh milk
2 tbsp sweetener
½ tbsp powdered gelatin
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup cream

  • Combine milk, sweetener, gelatin, and vanilla in a saucepan. Let mixture stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes for gelatin to bloom. Add cream.
  • Over low heat, stir continuously until all ingredients are well blended and the gelatin melts completely.
  • Pour into serving cups and refrigerate overnight or until set.
  • Garnish with fresh fruit before serving, if desired.
